I just placed a discreet delivery order. How long will it take to arrive?
ErosDelivery provides discreet 1-hour local delivery in Las Vegas, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Delivery timing is subject to your location, product availability, traffic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.
If I’m not home or not available to receive my package will the driver still deliver it?
Yes. If delivery instructions allow it, the driver may leave your discreet package at the address provided during checkout in the safest available location.
Please make sure your delivery address, ZIP code, phone number, and delivery instructions are accurate before placing your order. All sales are final once the order is placed.
My order has not arrived within the expected 1-hour delivery time. What should I do?
Local delivery takes 1 hour. However, delivery timing may be affected by high-demand periods, including Friday nights, weekends, major holidays, and other busy days.
Traffic conditions, accidents, severe weather, road closures, and other unexpected events may also affect delivery timing.
If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please contact our customer support team for an update. Support is available from 9:00 AM to midnight, 7 days a week.
Can I have my order delivered to someone else?
Yes. You can have your order delivered to your spouse, partner, or friend. Please enter the correct delivery ZIP code and address at checkout. Orders with different billing and shipping information may require a valid, government-issued ID at the time of delivery to verify the order. All sales are final once the order is placed.
Recipients must be 18 years or older to receive packages.
Can I cancel my 1-hour discreet delivery order?
Unfortunately, NO. Our delivery service has a very quick turnaround. Once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel
your order. All sales are final once your order is placed.
I put in the wrong delivery address; how can I change it?

if you entered the wrong delivery address. Because our local delivery service moves quickly, we may not be able to change an order once it is already being prepared or out for delivery.

Will you deliver to my address if it is outside the 1-Hour Discreet Delivery Zone?
YES, if you select items that are not in our 1 hour delivery tone, we will ship your ErosDelivery order
using USPS, UPS or Fedex shipping. In some cases, there will be a charge for this. We will also email you a tracking number once items are shipped.
Can I send my 1 hour discreet delivery order to a P.O. Box or a parcel locker?
No. We cannot deliver local orders to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers.
