I just placed a discreet delivery order. How long will it take to arrive?
Your order will be delivered to your doorstep in 1 – 2 hours after you have received your order confirmation email.
In some cases your order may arrive within 30 minutes but we can’t always guarantee that.
If I’m not home or not available to receive my package will the driver still deliver it?
Yes. If delivery instructions allow it, the driver may leave your discreet package at the address provided during checkout in the safest available location.
Please make sure your delivery address, ZIP code, phone number, and delivery instructions are accurate before placing your order. All sales are final once the order is placed.
It has been over an hour, and I still haven’t received my 1 – 2 hour discreet delivery order.
Most eligible ErosDelivery orders are delivered within 1–2 hours after confirmation. However, delivery times may sometimes be longer during high-demand periods, including Friday nights, weekends, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and other busy days.
Traffic conditions, accidents, severe weather, road closures, natural disasters, and other unexpected events may also affect delivery timing.
If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact our customer support team for an update. Support is available from 9:00 AM to midnight, 7 days a week.
Can I have my discreet order delivered to someone else?
Yes, you can have your items delivered to your spouse, partner, or friend in one hour. Just make sure you enter the correct delivery to zip code & address when checking out.
In addition orders that contain different billing information and shipping information will require a valid, government issued form of ID present at the time of delivery,
so that we may verify your order. All sales are final once your order is placed.

Can I cancel my 1 – 2 hour discreet delivery order anytime I want?
Unfortunately, NO. Our delivery service has a very quick turnaround. Once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel
your order. All sales are final once your order is placed.
I put in the wrong delivery address; how can I change it?
Please contact us immediately at

if you entered the wrong delivery address.
Because our local delivery service moves quickly, we may not be able to change an order once it is already being prepared or out for delivery.
What time is 1 – 2 hour discreet delivery available?
ErosDelivery 1–2 hour discreet delivery is available 7 days a week, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 AM.
Delivery availability and timing may vary during holidays, peak periods, severe weather, heavy traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Will you deliver to my address if it is outside of the 1-Hour Discreet Delivery Zone?
YES, if you select items that are not in our 1 – 2 hour delivery tone, we will ship your ErosDelivery order
using USPS, UPS or Fedex shipping. In some cases, there will be a charge for this. We will also email you a tracking number once items are shipped.
Can I send my 1 – 2 hour discreet deliveryorder to a P.O. Box or a parcel locker?
No. We are unable to provide 1 – 2 hour delivery to PO BOX or Parcel Lockers.
Will my 1-hour discreet delivery order be delivered tonight?
Your 1 – 2 hour discreet delivery order will be delivered in 1 – 2 hours of placing your order.
