I just placed a discreet delivery order. How long will it take to arrive?
Your order will be delivered to your doorstep in 1 – 2 hours after you have received your order confirmation email.
In some cases your order may arrive within 30 minutes but we can’t always guarantee that.
If I’m not home or not available to receivemy package will the driver still deliver it?
Yes, the driver will drop your order off at the address given to us. Your discreet package/s will be left in the safest
place available. All sales are final once your order is placed.
It has been over an hour, and I still haven’t received my 1 – 2 hour discreet delivery order.
On some occasions, your 1 – 2 hour discreet delivery order might be delayed due to High demand/peak periods, including but not limited to:
Friday nights, weekends, Valentine’s Day, Christmas & New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.
Rush hour traffic, traffic accidents, inclement weather, road closures, natural disasters and other unforeseen circumstances
may also impact delivery times. For fast, friendly assistance, our customer support team is available between 9AM to midnight, 7 days a week.
Can I have my discreet order delivered to someone else?
Yes, you can have your items delivered to your spouse, partner, or friend in one hour. Just make sure you enter the correct delivery to zip code & address when checking out.
In addition orders that contain different billing information and shipping information will require a valid, government issued form of ID present at the time of delivery,
so that we may verify your order. All sales are final once your order is placed.

I put in the wrong delivery address; how can I change it?
Please contact us immediately at 1-702-881-5760 to notify us of your address change. Note, due to our rapid
delivery turnaround, we might not be able to change an order that is in progress.
What time is 1 – 2 hour discreet delivery available?
ErosLasVegasDelivery 1 – 2 hour discreet delivery is available 7 Days a Week | 10:00 AM – 3:00 AM Times may vary due to
holidays or other unforeseen reasons.
Will you deliver to my address if it is outside of the 1-Hour Discreet Delivery Zone?
YES, if you select items that are not in our 1 – 2 hour delivery tone, we will ship your ErosLasVegasDelivery order
using USPS, UPS or Fedex shipping. In some cases, there will be a charge for this. We will also email you a tracking number once items are shipped.
Can I send my 1 – 2 hour discreet deliveryorder to a P.O. Box or a parcel locker?
No. We are unable to provide 1 – 2 hour delivery to PO BOX or Parcel Lockers.
Will my 1-hour discreet delivery order be delivered tonight?
Your 1 – 2 hour discreet delivery order will be delivered in 1 – 2 hours of placing your order.
